However, we coordinate closely with venues and vendors to ensure all production needs are properly scheduled and executed.

Planner Requirements:
Access to the venue during designated setup and breakdown times
A final vendor list with contact information
A private or semi-private space for day-of materials and coordination items
A detailed venue layout and any site restrictions
Clear communication with the venue coordinator or point of contact

For Month-Of Coordination:
All vendors must be secured prior to service beginning
Contracts and invoices provided for review
Final guest count and timeline confirmation no later than two weeks prior

For Full-Service Planning:
Ongoing collaboration with vendors and venue
Budget parameters established early in the planning process
Timely client communication for approvals and decisions
