Michael grew up in a musical family and church culture with a mother who played piano and sang, and a father who played guitar. He started playing piano at age seven by ear. In 1993 he picked up guitar and by 94' he had joined a thrash metal band Ampferious. He has played guitar, keyboard and performed vocals for several bands. He has been in choirs and musical theatre. He spent a decade teaching guitar, piano and music theory. Michael has been in musical theater productions of "Fiddler on the Roof" and James Taylor's "Working". He was an actor and assisting casting director for an interactive theatre for over a decade, has been featured in the commercial "Possession" by Richter 7, and is a member of Toastmaster's International. He has trained in broadsword fighting, Tai Chi, Qigong, and Hatha Yoga. His genres and decades are eclectic. He is a seasoned professional who prides himself on the quality of his performance.
