I like to ensure that I am the right person not only for the event but the hiring party as well. I believe it is an interview process on both sides of the house to ensure that we see eye to eye. Once hired I like to ensure there is a plan of action to help ensure a seemless flow of the event. If there is a chance to practice or review any agenda set or preview necessary readings I like to take advantage of the availability. The better prepared I am the better the event can go.

Hi, I am Rebecca Turnipseed. Emceeing is what I love to do. It's about being there for the funny moments, the cherished moments, the happy moments, and helping the crowd enjoy them just that little bit more. Being the emcee is about providing information, and providing a service based on the event requirements. My goal is to ensure the host is supported via their vision on how they want their event to be structured and flow.
I started emceeing at our military unit holiday parties and local military functions. I recently started hosting functions for the local animal shelter. I would like to branch out and continue to grow my experience and enhance my skills to support more function types.

I prefer to use a microphone however that is only a requirement if the event is larger and requires a large crowd to hear my voice.
