Whether I am present to deliver a specific message or to create a fun and festive atmosphere, there will always be elements of positivity, unity and motivation included.

The Fun-
The main difference between my speaking gig and my corporate entertainment gig is the entertainment gig leans more toward hamming it up with the audience and the musical aspect, be it karakoe duets with the audience, dance contests, 80's pop culture or trivia. The speaking gig is the opposite. It includes these elements to keep it engaging but makes the core message its goal.

The Message-
I speak on topics that are the building blocks to self- realization and manifestation. I want to help you push past doubt, detractors and toxicity and reach your highest self! My topics include;

*Power/control struggles *Turning your haters into motivators!

My talks stem from personal experiences and how they align with current events, the culture and conventional wisdom. I share and exchange anecdotes with the audience to help them find perspective and context to connect with the message. I include audience participation in a number of fun and entertaining ways.

I'm bringing party favors, my bluetooth speaker, and maybe even my karaoke! Lookout! I will most likely break into a spontaneous song or dance at any point in the presentation. We are going to laugh, play and learn! I always aspire to create an energetic environment, build a safe space and sense of community within the room. My ultimate goal is to leave my audience feeling confident, inspired, liberated, rejuvenated...Ellevated!

Elle Burner has a 10 year background in public speaking. She began her journey as a facilitator and instructor teaching various curriculums to at-risk and incarcerated teens. By chance, she transitioned into journalism and had her own column in The News Journal, Delaware’s main periodical. This lead her to building her own brand as "L. Burner." The spelling of the moniker changed when Facebook began rejecting initials in profile names and so it became Elle Burner. Burner began to utilize her visibility and contacts to produce conferences and seminars which she hosted. The most notable are "Mind Ur Business Music Conference" and "Level Up Grand Slam."

After the success or her events and the popularity of her column, the brand began to build upon itself. Other event planners began to invite her to speak on their panels and interview for their radio programs and podcasts. These events include; "Girls Can Do Anything Conference,"
"Delaware Teen Idol," "A Woman's Worth," Kiss 101.7 FM and The Boys & Girls Club.
Elle has directed and produced 3 documentaries including, The Rise of Eve which examines misogyny and women's issues throughout society. Subsequently, Elle created a curriculum to accompany the documentary and currently teaches the curriculum at events and for various organizations including HBCU's.

Elle Burner resonates with many audiences and has a hip, cool demeanor with an eloquent and philosophical code switch. Her comedy is witty, at times, deadpan yet her presentation is physical, animated and uninhibited. Elle might break out some Michael moves at the drop of a hat! With time and life experience, her topics have evolved.
Currently, Elle is looking to connect with mature audiences in a business or creative setting.
