September 14, 2021It was such a pleasure to hear Elizabeth speak this past weekend at a conference in San Antonio. As a central office district leader it was so refreshing to have a teacher share how much she cares for the students she serves. How much she desires for them to be successful. Special needs students are often left out of the equation and Elizabeth brought a heart felt message to that delivered to the heart of the matter. I would highly recommend Elizabeth for functions involving education, advocacy, special needs care, and personal improvement. Elizabeth speaks from the heart and brings hope to those that need it most. She runs her own homeschool program called Innovative Approaches to Education (link hidden) Elizabeth is a graduate of The University of the Incarnate Word where she graduated with honors:cum laude. She hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Generic Special Education. She graduated from Daniel Gomez’s Sticker Shock Speaking Academy and Les Brown’s Power Voice course. She wrote her first of a series of books named Hope Drives: Overcoming Adversity. It is a self help book that teaches about resiliency and tenacity. The book goes over the domains of Resiliency. It interweaves real life examples of Elizabeth’s life as she goes over the domains of residency.
