1) Book
The easiest way to book me is to book online or to inquire, tell me about your vision and I'll send you options.
2) Consult
This is where we get into the juicy details of what it is that you want from your photos and how I can best serve you. We'll go over details and any questions you might have. A booking and consultation call may be combined.
3) Photo Day
I do my best to make sure both you and I are prepared- I show up with calm and inspired energy to help create inspired, elevated images.
4) Curation & Delivery
After your shoot or event, I curate a gallery of images and start editing. My editing process includes choosing the best images, color correction, and minor touch ups for an added fee. I typically deliver images in 7-14 days.

I've been taking photos since I was a little girl and have been chasing the magic that it inspired ever since. I want to know your story before I ever pick up a camera. At an event, that means getting to step back from the crowd and bear witness to celebrations, gatherings, and community to create elevated images that last a lifetime. For a business or a brand, it means understanding what makes you different before I ever try to show it. Knowing your story lets me meet you authentically, camera and lens in hand. I believe the world we're given, the light, the wild things, and the people in it reflect something bigger than any of us. Every session I shoot is really just me trying to catch a little of that and put it in your hands.

FAQ:
Do you charge by the hour or is there a flat rate?
I build a custom quote depending on your unique needs, length of time, event size (where applicable), and travel costs.

Can we schedule a consultation or phone call before booking?
Absolutely. This is where I get to know you, learn more about your vision, and refine any details for a seamless experience on the day of your shoot.

Where do you shoot?
I am Colorado Springs based but am happy to travel to many locations, location travel costs and permitting fees may apply. A list of recommended locations is on my portraits page, branding and events occur at the location of the business or event.

Do you travel for Events or destination sessions?
I love to see the world and am happy to travel! Travel costs will be applied in your custom quote.

Do I have to pay for Digital Files?
No- The photoshoot and digital images are included in the price you see, you may choose to purchase images through my site upon gallery delivery but are not required to do so.

How long does it take to receive photos back?
Typically my turnaround time is 7-14 days. If you need your images sooner I can accommodate 24-48 hour turnaround time for an added fee with advanced notice.

Do you Deliver RAWS?
No.

How many photos will I receive?
I will provide multiple package options with varying options for how many photos you can receive based on the time we spend shooting.

What about cancelling or Re-scheduling?
Because weather is unpredictable in Colorado and life happens I am happy to apply your deposit to a re-scheduled time. Cancellation is acceptable with advanced notice defined in your contract for a full refund. Cancellation without advanced notice or no-call no show will be subject to deposit loss.

What kind of Licensing is applied?
Typically the photographer retains copyright ownership, meaning the photos are my intellectual property. Every shoot comes standard with personal use license as defined in the contract- this means you may not sell them or use them for your own marketing. For event, commercial, or branding photography commercial use licensing will be built into your package.

Do you do weddings?
I will shoot small elopements or engagements but do not shoot weddings at this time.

How Long have you been doing photography?
I've been taking photos since I was a little girl. My first photo I was really proud of was a daffodil that won 1st at the state fair when I was in elementary school. I became even more serious about my photography in 2023- and began doing shoots professionally around then.

Do you work in a studio?
Not at this time.

How far out should I book?
Typically a minimum of two weeks is helpful to ensure adequate planning, if permitting is required for your desired location 1+ month. Otherwise as soon as possible will reserve your spot!

What is the difference between Editing and Re-Touching?
Editing involves color correction, fixing highlights, shadows, exposure, and cropping. Re-touching involves removing minor blemishes, fly-aways ect.

How is AI used in your business and what is your AI use policy for clients?
Your photos are curated, culled, and edited by me. There are AI assisted tools leveraged for smart removal of objects or image correction, however I do not and will not use AI to alter any individual's likeness or substantially deviate from the original image. What I create I want to be authentic to you and to me. I Also do not allow AI use for my photos following delivery. All contracts will include an anit- AI use clause.
