Everything went so well in the planning of my wedding until the day of my wedding and afterwards. I was so consumed by the joy of my big day however I cannot ignore the fact that my centerpieces were not the candelabras I had asked for, instead they were tea lights. Our engagement photo welcome sign never came to be because it had been forgotten at Walgreens, our cake which was a struggle for Ro to pay for did not arrive until 8pm in the evening, there was not enough tea on hand at any given time and the food although delicious was lukewarm. We also never got the candy bar and photo booth that we were promised per our contract. Yes I did get $150 refund for candy bar but I’m still pending my refund for the photo booth and unfortunately Ro is no longer responding to my contact attempts. Even more horrifying though is that she has not completely paid our videographer and photographer PeppaBoy Photos which means that although I paid $4100 of our agreed contract I may never have the photos and video of our special day. I had so much faith her and have gone above and beyond to make contact with her to find out what’s going on and still nothing. I don’t know what else to think other than I’ve been ripped off and would hate for someone else to ever find themselves in my position! 😢
