A stripped-down, engaging format perfect for cocktail hours, intimate gatherings, lounges, dinners, private events, and smaller spaces. Expect powerful vocals, dynamic musicianship, and the signature Eldraco+FreeNation sound in an intimate setting.

TRIO: Small but Mighty
A bigger sonic footprint while maintaining flexibility. Ideal for private parties, restaurants, corporate events, and venues where you want a lively performance without the production needs of a full band.

6-PIECE: Full & Dynamic
The sweet spot for many events, bringing a powerful rhythm section, vocals, and expanded instrumentation together for a fuller live-band experience. Great for parties, corporate events, festivals, and dance floors.

9-PIECE: The Full Band Experience
Our standard full-band configuration delivers the expansive Eldraco+FreeNation sound with multiple vocalists, horns, keys, guitar, bass, and drums/percussion. This is the format for audiences looking for a big, high-energy concert experience with dynamic arrangements and serious stage presence.

11-PIECE+: The Deluxe Experience
For major events, festivals, theaters, and large stages, the ensemble can expand beyond the 9-piece configuration with additional horns and musicians. The result is an even larger, more powerful presentation designed for audiences and events that want the full spectacle.

DANCERS & ENHANCED PERFORMANCE

Want to take the show even further? Eldraco+FreeNation can provide and facilitate professional dancers to complement the band and elevate the visual impact of your event. Dancers can be incorporated into select songs, choreographed numbers, or throughout the performance to create a dynamic, theatrical experience that brings the music to life.

Dancer configurations and choreography can be customized based on the event, venue, stage size, performance length, and desired production level.

Eldraco + FreeNation is a high-energy Pop-Funk/Glam Soul band infused with Rock and Dance elements, led by award-winning artist and four-octave vocalist Eldraco. Known for electrifying performances and genre-bending artistry, the group moves seamlessly between deep-pocket grooves and soaring, soulful melodies.
Twice recognized by the prestigious John Lennon Songwriting Competition; in 2020 for Mallori (I See U) and again in 2024 for Butterflies, a standout from their 2025 album Glitter. They are also 2026 finalists in the unsigned only music awards. Eldraco has also shared the stage with the legendary Patti LaBelle in 2025.
Since 2021, the band has been a featured favorite in NPR’s Tiny Desk Contest, reaching finalist status in 2024. Their dynamic live shows have lit up stages from intimate clubs to massive festivals, including a crowd of over 17,000 at Music at the Intersection (2025) and 13,000 headlining the Festival of Nations (2026). Other highlights include sold-out theatre shows at .Zack (2024) and The Grandel Theatre (2025), headlining appearances at the St. Louis Art Fair (2024&26) and Artica Fest (2020–2025), as well as performances at Festival of Nations, Tower Grove Pride, St. Charles Pride, Jazz at the Bistro, WERQ Fest, Sofar Sounds Chicago, and numerous venues across the Midwest.
At the heart of FreeNation is a powerhouse ensemble of some of the region’s finest musicians: Clayton Floyd on lead guitar brings searing riffs and soulful textures; Ben Stitzel on keys lays down rich harmonic layers; Josh Last drives the groove on bass with precision and funk; Benjamin Shafer, a versatile woodwind specialist, adds warmth and depth; and Tim Moore anchors the sound with dynamic, intricate drumming. The band’s vocal lineup adds another dimension, with the soaring soprano of Kelly Beekman, the rich alto tones of Dannie Fuller, and the resonant tenor voice of Cam Burns; together creating a lush, diverse choral blend that lifts every performance.

TECHNICAL & PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS
The following specifications outline the standard requirements for Eldraco+FreeNation’s full 9-piece ensemble. The instrumentation and production requirements may be expanded or condensed depending on the contracted ensemble size and performance agreement.

When contracted as an 11-piece ensemble, the band adds 2 additional horn players, expanding the horn section to three musicians.

AUDIO & SOUND REINFORCEMENT
Eldraco+FreeNation traditionally patches vocals, saxophone, and keyboards through the venue’s main sound system, while the remaining instruments are amplified individually.

At larger venues with appropriate production capabilities, we can accommodate full ensemble reinforcement through the house system, including microphones for drums and instrument amplifiers.

Depending on the contracted ensemble configuration, the band generally requires 2–8 microphones.

Upon contracting, Eldraco+FreeNation can provide the event presenter with a detailed stage plot and input list outlining all technical requirements.

BACKLINE
Eldraco+FreeNation provides our own instruments and amplifiers unless a suitable backline is provided by the event presenter. Backline arrangements can be coordinated as part of the performance agreement.

POWER REQUIREMENTS
Access to properly grounded electrical power is required.

PA / SOUND SYSTEM
Eldraco+FreeNation can provide our own PA system when needed. If the band is contracted to provide the PA, an additional production fee will apply to cover the cost of an audio engineer.

Our goal is to work collaboratively with each venue and event presenter to ensure that the technical setup is appropriately scaled to the space, ensemble configuration, and production needs of the performance.
