Ed Carlson Guitar plays solo guitar with backing tracks. Instrumental covers of the music you grew up with and continue to hear today in movies and television. Ed has a bachelor’s degree in Guitar Performance from Wichita State University where he studied with jazz guitar legend Jerry Hahn (Rolling Stone magazine called him one of the top three jazz guitarists in the nation). From there Ed traveled to Hollywood, CA to attend G.I.T. at the Musicians Institute. After spending several years traveling the Pacific Northwest with various rock bands, he went back to school to earn an M.B.A. and settled down to a career in financial services, becoming a husband and father. These days he is a full-time guitar teacher and performer.
