Planning a party or wedding, or even just finding pro-level performers for your bar or restaurant, can be a challenge. I strive to make it as easy as possible for you. Many of my clients have never booked live music before, so I am sure to help walk you through the process.

My main goals during the planning stages is to make sure you hear the music that you want to hear. I have a list of several hundred songs that I will provide you to give you an idea of what I play. Some clients like to pick out all the songs from this list, while others will kind of give me a vibe of what they want (for example, "my husband loves 80s rock and Jimmy Buffett"). I'll normally put together a setlist based on what is in my repertoire that matches, along with any special requests. Other times clients are happy to let me pick the songs, which is absolutely fine as well.

Also, if you are looking for a little more than just a solo acoustic guitar player, I do have options to add additional musicians to the line up. I have a lot of talented friends and I have had up to six piece bands with keyboards, drums, guitarists and multiple singers.

Based on the size of the venue and how many people are coming, I will determine what will be an appropriate sound system. For 90 percent of the gigs I play, I only need access to a single outlet and a small space to set up. I can also provide a larger system for outdoor events as well as tents, lights, etc.

During the performance, I will normally do 2-3 sets with 1-2 short breaks. At this time, I will stream music through my system so you'll always have music playing to keep the energy up. I am also happy to provide a microphone for your speeches/toasts/announcements, and I am more than happy to welcome guest musicians or singers to come and join me onstage.
