The visually abstract lyricist DYFYANT hails from Richmond, CA, and is a music artist closely involved with gritty wordplay and off-kilter harmonizing on soulful alternative samples and polyrhythmic percussion.

His passion for bridging a musically inclined rotation of nostalgia blends ​with elements of prospective cultural influences rooted in Music from the ​eyes of a Bay Area Native expanding the foresight of what it means to be a ​creative revolutionary.

10+ years of being creatively driven into cultivating an alternative style of Hip Hop and stage presence, accompanied by the influences of Souls of Mischief and Ice Cube, allow him to dominate all venues and leave the crowd in amazement with his breath control and involvement on and off stage, intimate a capella, and absurd humor.
