Mike Pryor aka Dumpster Mike. I was born in Indiana, October of 1956, raised in Illinois. I began playing guitar at the age of 12 and played and sang in church from age 12 to age 14. At 14 I moved to Missouri and at 16 I started my drinking career which landed me in the army. After a small stint in the Army I hit the road hitch hiking with my guitar, a duffle bag, and my best friend mad dog 20-20. From 1977 to 1993 I earned my name "Dumpster" Mike. Traveling 44 states and trying to play guitar and sing along with anything I could to survive in the streets. After numerous attempts to get clean in 1993 I got sick and tired of being sick and tired. On Feb 22, 1993 I went into my last detox in Ft Lauderdale Fl. After 45 days I got off the streets and a fellow 12 stepper loaned me a guitar and after 60 days I bought a guitar and began learning how to play correctly

To make a long story short a friend of mine showed me how to use sequenced music in 1999 and ever since ive been pursuing my
musical career playing any and every venue that will book me . ive played weddings ,to tiki huts, to restaurants / lounges private parties,
etc..............
