BEFORE THE EVENT
- A short planning conversation about your event, guest count, and the look
you want
- A custom print layout designed for you and sent for your approval before
the day
- Confirmation of load-in time, power, and placement with you or your venue

ON THE DAY
- We arrive early to set up and fully test before your first guest walks in
- An attendant stays with the booth the entire run — helping guests,
reloading media, keeping the line moving
- Prints come out in seconds, and guests can text or email themselves their
photos on the spot

AFTER THE EVENT
- A full digital gallery of every photo, GIF, and video delivered to you
- Clean, quiet teardown

Standard run time is two hours and extends by the hour. Setup and teardown
happen outside your booked time, not inside it.

Guests don't pose in front of the Mirror X. They walk up, touch it, and it
talks back.

Six feet of full-length two-way mirror with a 43-inch touchscreen hidden
behind the glass, and studio strobes that make everyone look like they hired
a photographer. Guests see themselves head to toe, play with the screen, and
walk away holding a print.

We design the experience around the event instead of rolling in the same
setup every time. A corporate launch gets your brand on every print that
leaves the room. A gala gets a clean, quiet setup that doesn't compete with

EQUIPMENT WE BRING
- Foto Master Mirror X — 6 ft full-length interactive mirror booth, 43"
touchscreen behind 70" tempered two-way mirror glass
- Canon EOS Rebel T7 DSLR camera
- DNP RX1HS dye-sublimation printer, 4x6 media
- Two built-in 200 watt-second strobes, built-in speakers
- Our own extension cords, surge protection, and backup media

OUTPUT
- 4x6 prints or 2x6 strips, custom designed per event
- Digital copies delivered instantly by QR code, text, or email
- Full event gallery delivered to the host afterward

ACCESS AND TIMING
- The unit is approx. 186 lb in its case and rolls on wheels — we need a
step-free route or elevator access from vehicle to setup point
- 60 minutes on site before guests arrive for setup and testing
- 30 minutes after the event ends for teardown
- Setup and teardown happen outside your booked time, not inside it

PLACEMENT
- Indoors, or outdoors under solid cover — the unit is not weather-rated
and needs shade on the screen
- Out of direct sunlight and clear of main traffic paths
- Travel is included within 30 miles of Birmingham; a travel fee applies
beyond that

INSURANCE
- $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 general aggregate commercial
general liability, including hired and non-owned auto
- Certificates of Insurance provided for venues on request — tell us your
venue's requirements at booking so there's time to process
