From the moment you book Leason Entertainment LLC, you can expect clear communication and detailed planning. We work with you ahead of time to design your custom photo overlays and ensure the booth's theme matches your event's aesthetic perfectly.

Seamless On-Site Execution
• Early Arrival: We arrive at least 60–120 minutes before your "go-live" time to ensure the booth, sharing station, and slideshow are perfectly calibrated and tested.
• Clean Setup: We take pride in a "pro-grade" appearance. All cables are neatly managed, and our equipment is sleek and non-intrusive.
• Active Tech Support: A professional attendant will be on-site to assist guests, keep the line moving at the sharing station, and ensure the live slideshow remains updated throughout the night.

High-Speed Interaction
• No Waiting: With our dedicated Sharing Station, guests don't have to stand at the booth to get their photos. They can step aside, view the gallery, and send their media via text or email immediately, keeping the booth open for the next group.
• Live Entertainment: Your guests will love seeing themselves on the "big screen" via our Live Slideshow, which adds a dynamic, cinematic feel to the room.

Post-Event Access
The fun doesn't end when the lights go down. Within 24–48 hours of your event, you will receive a link to a full digital gallery containing every photo, GIF, and Boomerang captured during the night.

To ensure the best experience for your guests, Leason Entertainment LLC requires the following setup conditions:
• Space Requirements: We require a minimum 10' x 10' level area for the Photo Booth and Sharing Station to allow for safe guest movement and optimal photo framing.
• Power Access: We need access to a power socket within 25 feet of the setup area. To protect our high-end electronics and your guests' memories, we provide our own professional-grade surge protectors and cable ramps for safety.
• Connectivity: For the Sharing Station and Live Slideshow to function in real-time, a stable Wi-Fi connection is preferred. If the venue does not have Wi-Fi, please let us know in advance so we can provide our own cellular hotspot (subject to local signal strength).
• Outdoor Events: For outdoor setups, the booth must be placed under a professional tent or solid cover on a flat, dry surface (concrete or deck preferred). This protects the equipment from direct sunlight, heat, and unexpected weather.
• Slideshow Requirements: If you would like the Live Slideshow played on the venue’s existing TV monitors or projectors, please ensure an HDMI input is available within 50 feet of our station. Otherwise, we can provide a dedicated display.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING:
The 50% retainer is non-refundable as it secures your date and covers initial prep work.
Cancellations 30+ days out: No further balance is due.

Cancellations within 30 days: Retainer is forfeited, but the remaining balance is waived as a courtesy.

Rescheduling: You may move your retainer to a new date within 12 months (subject to availability).
