For Wedding Officiating:
• A quiet, designated space to review final details with the couple before the ceremony.
• Ceremony details (location, time, order of service, vows, etc.) provided at least one week in advance.
• If amplification is needed (large venue or outdoor ceremony), a microphone/sound system should be provided.
For Motivational Speaking:
• Microphone and sound system for audiences larger than 25 people.
• Podium or table if required for notes.
• Projector/screen if visual presentation is requested.
• Access to venue at least 30 minutes before start time for setup and review.
