Dr. Nicole Rankine, Adjunct Professor, Leadership and Personal Growth Coach, Author, Entrepreneur, and Empowerment Speaker.

Dr. Nicole Rankine, affectionately known as Dr. Nic, is one of the most engaging certified Leadership Trainers and Personal Growth Coaches around. She is a John Maxwell Team Leadership Consultant and a DISC Human Behavior Consultant who helps organizational leaders grow by teaching them soft skills to increase leadership development, personal growth, and communication.

Dr. Nic’s professional career spans over 20 years and she now travels both nationally and internationally teaching soft skills to leaders and youth worldwide. Dr. Rankine also serves as an Adjunct Professor and is the author of Adulting In My Purpose the Journal, a journal designed to help young professionals with their personal growth and professional development.

She has held several leadership positions throughout her career, within service organizations, and in her community. Dr. Nicole Rankine has provided leadership development training for government agencies, schools, colleges and universities, small businesses, and other organizations. Dr. Rankine has also trained leaders internationally in Costa Rica, Kenya, South Africa, and China. She holds a Ph.D. and Master’s degree in Public Health and a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Biology. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated and active in her church ministry. She is fun, has high energy, and exhibits a sincere passion for helping others reach their full potential.
