About
Dr. Jada Philips is a licensed psychologist, Trauma and Energy Psychologist, speaker, and U.S. Air Force veteran whose work explores the relationship we have with ourselves—especially what happens when achievement, responsibility, and being “the strong one” come at the expense of our own needs, voice, and identity.
With nearly two decades of experience in the mental health field, Dr. Jada brings a depth of psychological expertise to conversations about self-liberation, emotional resilience, boundaries, identity, burnout, self-trust, and sustainable well-being. She is the founder of Reserved For You® Psychological Services and The Awakening Studio, where her work bridges traditional psychology with deeper approaches to self-discovery and transformation.
As a speaker, Dr. Jada blends psychology, storytelling, humor, and honest conversation to make complex emotional experiences feel accessible and deeply human. Rather than simply telling audiences to practice more self-care or become more resilient, she invites them to become curious about the patterns beneath how they live, lead, give, achieve, and relate to themselves.
Her talks and workshops are designed to leave audiences not only inspired, but thinking differently about themselves long after the conversation ends. Dr. Jada speaks to professional associations, healthcare and mental health organizations, women’s events, conferences, and organizations seeking meaningful conversations about well-being, personal growth, identity, and self-leadership.
