Arrival is typically one hour before start time unless other arrangements have been made. Sound system will be setup in accordance with what is agreed upon at time of booking. Canned music (ipad/Spotify etc) will be provided once possible during the setup process and during small breaks. Client will approve volume during sound check and reasonable adjustments made be made through the duration of the event. Songs will be played. Friends will be made. A good time had by all 🙂

3. Covering if outside and/or alternate arrangements for inclimate weather
