With a servant’s heart and a teacher’s approach, Dom brings a refreshing perspective that leaves people renewed in spirit, restored in mindset, and empowered to live with purpose, passion, and faith.

Minister Dom Willis is a preacher, teacher, worship leader, and servant of the Kingdom with over 16 years of ministry experience. From a young age, Dom developed a deep passion for God’s presence and a desire to help others discover their identity, purpose, and calling through relationship with Christ.
A graduate of Elizabeth City State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master’s degree in Religious Education training through the Interdenominational Theological Center and Liberty University’s Baptist Theological Seminary, Dom combines biblical teaching, education, and spiritual insight to communicate the Gospel with clarity and compassion.
Throughout her ministry journey, Dom has served in church leadership, leading worship, prayer gatherings, altar moments, intercessory sessions, youth and young adult initiatives, mentorship programs, and faith-based trainings. Her ministry is rooted in prayer, prophetic discernment, and the belief that God desires to restore people by revealing who He created them to be.
Currently serving with Flowing in Christ Ministries in Fayetteville, North Carolina under the leadership of Pastor Michelle King, Dom also leads Remnant Rise Ministries, where she continues to cultivate spaces of prayer, teaching, discipleship, and spiritual growth. Through Remnant Rise, she is passionate about helping people encounter God, discover their identity, and walk boldly in purpose.
As an educator, wife, mother, author, and minister, Dom’s heart is to help people see the best parts of who God has created them to become while walking in truth, faith, and transformation.
