Dolla Rise is about getting the money up. D.R. was born and raised on 52nd street in West Philly. Everybody was hustling and the streets molded one in D.R. He quickly understood that money could be made in many ways. He created his dream at the age of 11 and has been chasing it ever since. Rap music became a love and a hustle for Dolla Rise. He enjoyed selling his cds on the streets and the fact that he didn't have to watch his back when doing so. Dolla has been perfecting every aspect of his craft since his emergence by recording, performing and promoting daily. Everyday is another opportunity to make another move. Dolla is the current Indie Music Idol and he is the CEO of a rising clothing line, Risk Takerz International Apparel. Dolla Rise has write ups in multiple publications and interviews on websites from US and UK. He has worked with musicians from different cities and states. The UK, Austria and Spain.

Through multiple shows in different states, Dolla caught the attention of somebody at a major record label. An A&R called him from the office and Dolla missed the call.

Dolla is very passionate about making sure his family is well off for future generations. Dolla Rise works everyday to do what needs to be done as a rapper, businessman and family man. The workload does not discourage D.R. from always being creative in his approach. Dolla is a lyricist first and an all around artist. He has a loyal and established fanbase.
