Dolce Vita Strings

Every event organizer wants their special event to be truly unique. Our main priority is to meet your expectations in our ability to make your event special and unforgettable. Dolce Vita Strings is an ensemble comprised of talented, highly skillful musicians. Years of our experience serve at the best to deliver music at its best quality and fresh interpretations . Vast variety repertoire allows us to surround an event with music, creating an entertaining, elegant atmosphere that compliments the occasion and reflects it's nature. The variety of events at which the ensemble can be seen is as diverse as our repertoire. We have performed at various events which are large and prestigious, small and intimate. We perform in the charity functions as well as at music festivals which proves our fan following.

Live Performance Requirements for all String Ensembles:
1) One chair per musician without arm rests.
2) Adequate reading light and performance space.

For performances that need to be amplified power outlets are required.

Outdoor events:
Shelter from direct sunlight or rain is required. This may mean finding a location that has shade, e.g. shade from trees, a veranda close to the ceremony or a gazebo. A large secure umbrella is also a popular solution. If raining an alternate location for the event is required.

Events longer than 1.5 hours:
The musicians will require one 5-10 minute break per hour. Breaks can be organized to coincide with speeches or relocation of the group. The first break occurs after the 1st hour. Please note 2 hour bookings only require one 5-10 minute break.

Please provide refreshments for events longer than 1.5 hours and a meal for events longer than 4 hours.

Musicians are expected to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the start of the playing time. Dolce Vita Strings recommend making wedding ceremony bookings for minimum 1 hour, so that music can be performed as your guests arrive.

We always recommend booking for the maximum amount of time that you think you will require. There is no guarantee that the musicians will be able to stay for unexpected overtime.

All special music requests from our music lists must be finalized at least 10 days prior to your event.

It is possible for the string musicians to be seated in one area for the start of a booking (e.g. ceremony) and another area for later in the same booking (e.g. canapes). We recommend having chairs set up in both locations for a quick change.
