Dmv Characters

I payed for 1 hour, but only needed 15 - 30 minutes of their time. I asked them to be at my club at 1:15 and to read a story to the children at 1:30pm. They showed up at 1:50 when everyone was leaving, we had 45 kids attend this event and by the time she got here there were maybe 10 kids left. She was not a very exciting storyteller, her voice was too low even after I asked her to read louder for the few kids that were there. We had to rearrange the event festivities due to her being late. No apologies only blamed it on traffic. Not the caliber of companies we are used to working with.
