I am a San Diego based DJ that loves to play all genres, and be creative with my sets while also putting the desires of the client first. It's important to me to read a crowd, and make sure everyone has fun. I DJ for clubs, bars, restaurants, shows, and even wellness events. I also am frequently doing gigs around the San Diego area with my band. We are R&B/Jazz fusion band! We do originals & covers.
ADDITIONAL OFFERS:
ᯓ★I able to provide a full band performance and DJ for one event, so if you wanted to have half live music and half DJ for your event, that is something I can provide!
ᯓ★ I can also provide a saxophone player accompanist for my entire set of DJing.

I’ve been to several of her Dj sets at various venues, and it almost seems like she was given a gift for this. I’ve seen her play such a wide range of music, well-known & underground bangers, mixing them in seamlessly. I mean WOW is her music choice great, no matter the genre. She also knows how to read & hype a crowd up too, she’s a got real magnetic personality that fits her line of work!

Hi! I'm Sundarri or DJ Sunny D! I am originally from South Carolina, lived in New York and LA for many years pursuing acting. I found my way to music, and started recording original songs. I love performing live, and working with my band has been really fun! Last year I started pursuing DJing professionally. Anything to do with music, I'm your girl! Performing is one of my favorite things to do, whether I'm with my band, or behind the decks, I can guarantee that we'll make your event a fun time!

Live Music: It's helpful to have a backline or a PA system, but if that's not available we can bring our own.
DJing: Speakers, lighting, controller can be provided, but I can also work with what the venue has available as far as speakers or PA system.

Influences and inspiration
I love all genres of music, I try to weave in different genres to my DJ sets to create a full experience. I am open to whatever the client suggests as well. I really like to mix EDM, R&B, Hip-Hop, and Alternative. With my band, we tend to have a sultry, jazzier sound so some of our influences are Amy Winehouse, Lana Del Rey, Billie Eilish, and Kehlani. We are a smooth, but high energy band.
