He followed the timeline flawlessly and adjusted as needed to keep everything flowing smoothly throughout the event. He provided all necessary speakers and microphones, and even took the extra step to prepare the ceremony music for the venue’s tech team.
Communication was clear and consistent from start to finish, and there were no issues at all with the music or execution. Highly recommend Shawn for any event—professional, organized, and easy to work with!

Specializing in elegant weddings and events, I provide professional quality intelligent dance floor and venue up-lighting, quality audio, special effects such as cold sparks and dancing in the clouds. My all white DJ station will blend seamlessly into any decor without being showy over overdone or worse, tacky. I can provide wireless battery operated ceremony audio for those outdoor locations without power nearby.
As a actor, trainer and public speaker I am comfortable in front of the crowd for announcements or any other MC task needed without being goofy or too showy.
I own a vast library of music for just about any occasion and if not I have access to anything within reach of the internet or cellular service. I know however, to always have it on hand than to rely on wireless technology.
I will seamlessly blend music to meet the needs of the event and the energy of the audience while being mindful of the sensitive or innocent ears that may be listening and encourage every couple to keep that in mind when they request certain songs be played that may offend. I will always choose the clean version if possible. And if they wants to light it up for that last hour, we can arrange that too.

Place the DJ as close to the dance floor as possible with a clear view of the dance floor. A good idea if an open bar or photo booth is present to keep it in the same room to help manage the flow of dance floor traffic for pictures.
If special effects are chosen, the planner/coordinator should confirm if they are allowed by the venue or where they can be used before the day of the event.
Prefer to have a minimum 2 hours setup time for events such as weddings, sweet 16's and Quinceañera's.

A huge fan of most of the 80's music, 70's, 90's and 00's as well, I grew up with music literally the first thing out of my mouth. I listened to all kinds of music from classical, new age, jazz, country, classic rock, modern rock, heavy metal, pop, dance, techno, EDM, electronic, new wave, musicals, Christian Contemporary, hymns, acapella and barbershop. As a singer/songwriter I have written, performed on and helped produce songs for released recordings.
As a DJ I have been influenced by DJ's like DJ BUNN B, DJ Nick Spinelli, DJ Jonathan Wood and others.
