Von was spectacular, he was the DJ for our baby shower and then some, he hit all thr highlights for the shower, served as a great support to our hosts, played all the big tunes we requested and his own mix was spectacular. Gave us more than I could have imagined and very grateful we hired him for this event. Would definitely use his services again!

DJ IllmaticVon was absolutely incredible at our son’s 1st Communion celebration. From start to finish, he was professional, attentive, and truly skilled at what he does. He took the time to listen to all of our requests and made sure the music perfectly matched the tone of the day—fun, meaningful, and memorable.

When you book Dj IllmaticVon you’re booking fun wrapped up in professionalism and great music. Whether you are booking for a private, school, family, or casual event you will leave feeling fulfilled with some nostalgic music to even modern hits. I love drawing energy from the crowd—seeing people singing, dancing, and having a great time is what drives me. While every event is different, I’m confident in my ability to read the room and play music the crowd will enjoy.
I will arrive at the least 30 minutes prior to the event to set up, test, and coordinate all equipment. My primary genres include Hip-Hop, R&B, pop, reggae, dancehall, soca, reggaeton and Afrobeats. I am open to all genres of music to keep the event lively. A 15-minute consultation call is offered before the event to ensure the music is exactly what you want.

Born and raised in Queens, NYC, DJ ILLmaticVon is a millennial Haitian-American DJ with a passion for blending Hip-Hop, R&B, Pop, and international diaspora sounds like Kompa, Dancehall, Reggae, Soca, Afrobeats, Reggaeton, and Bachata.
