I never do the same set twice.
Here are some sets I do replicate loosely:
LUAU
Play island music and reggae remixes of popular songs.
Perform with fire for 10-15 minutes to high energy island music.
Take pictures with audience members holding lit fire props for 10 minutes.
WEDDING DANCE
Take requests all night. Play those throughout dance set.
Play EDM remixes of 80's dance music.
Play whatever genre bride requested. Usually high energy top 40's and hip hop. Lots of country line dances.
I always end my weddings dances with "Just The Two of Us" by Bill Withers.
HOLIDAY EVENT
Play trap, edm, and pop remixes of holiday songs.
Perform for 10-15 minutes to remixed holiday songs. Usually trap remixes of traditional caroling songs for Xmas, Hannukah, etc.
KARAOKE
I open with Devil Went Down to Georgia and pull in an audience member to sing the Devil's part.
I have two main sing-alongs that I encourage everyone to sing: Bohemian Rhapsody and Don't Stop Believin. It's always a blast!
