Poor communication and business.

I utilized Gig salad trying to secure some animals for a party at my house. I was contacted by a company that was going to send me a invoice. Accidentally I authorized Divinity Stables and contacted her that I did it by accident. She said since she couldn't book anyone else and that there would be no refund.

I felt that was unfair and willing to pay a premium to cancel but since she never returned my call or discussion thru Gig, I told her to show up to event since I was on the hook for the whole amount. I tried to contact her again before party but never returned my call.

She was supposed to stay for 2 hours and left a hour early without notifying anyone that she was leaving. I texted and called her to see what happened and again no response. Not a good look for Gig Salad or Divinity Stables. Won't be using your service again due to this.

I am very sorry that you feel this way. Gigsalad is a third party booking agent and all 3 parties must adhere to their policies which are clearly included in every quote and states that deposits are non-refundable. If you would kindly read your quotation, we quoted a price for one hour as we do with all of our quotes. The health and well being of our ponies is most important and we try to never book them for more than 60 minutes when the temperatures are hot and we definitely did not in this instance. I did my best to contact you but you provided an incorrect phone number in your profile. I left numerous voicemails and sent several text messages and as a last resort sent you a message through Gigsalad. This is when I realized the erroneous phone numberl. We arrived 15 minutes early and stayed for 75 minutes (15 of which we did not charge for). Your wife came out and told us to leave after the 75 minutes were up and said she would inform you. She thanked us profusely and said it was wonderful. I am truly sorry if you attempted to contact us after we had left but we never received any communication from you. We strive for 5 star service to very customer going above and beyond and feel bad that booking us in error and being bound by circumstances beyond our control ruined the entire experience for you.

Great for our bridal shower

We had Honey the pony visit for a princess themed bridal shower and the bridesmaids and bride loved her! She was so calm and the perfect surprise guests for the bride. We will likely be using Divinity Stables for future parties!

Divinity Stables specializes in children's parties for all occasions from the small and intimate to large scale corporate and school events. Whether small or large we work to make your event an overwhelming success. Our ponies are hand picked for their sweet personality and safe demeanor. We will work with you from the planning stage through the execution of your event paying special attention to the details and your specific requests. Clients have the option of having a fully inclusive party at our venue or a pony rental at their facility. Our goal is to create an event that is memorable and special.
