His culinary expertise offers an authentic, fresh take on both Hawaiian flavors and the artistry of sushi.
Chef Panya: Chef Panya is a specialist in American and Vegan Plant-Based cuisine. With several years of experience, she owns her own catering company and has also developed a successful vegan beverage line of smoothies and wellness shots, sold direct to consumers at local farmer's markets. Chef Panya is known for creating vibrant, health-conscious dishes that are as delicious as they are nutritious.
Chef Michael & Chef Abe: Together, Chef Michael and Chef Abe bring the rich, bold flavors of authentic Mexican cuisine to life. Using cherished family recipes passed down through generations, they create traditional Mexican dishes with a deep respect for heritage and authenticity. Their expertise ensures a flavorful and genuine Mexican dining experience for every event. Chef Michael also specializes in making custom charcuterie boards.
