The name is a fluke. There was nothing “Diamond” about anything offered. Outside of arriving 10 minutes before the start, that is was the only plus. There was zero professionalism in the attire. Outfit was what looked like leggings which can be dressed up but there was no real thought or effort behind the outfit. Hair looked like just gotten out of bed. During the intermission before the second drink, they went to the restroom and fixed it. My request asked that the mixologist bring the fun. We did not want someone to read the ingredients and just make the cocktails. We can do all that. I was expecting what I asked for. Got nothing. Didn’t recognize that the jigger was an ounce/ and half an ounce pour. Seemed to be just starting out with bartending because it was so beginners.
I mentioned that we were not having fun which is what I asked for. She says, “looks like they are having a great time to me.” None of that had anything to do with YOU and what you were supposed do according to my request. Brought absolutely nothing. ZERO! I should have cancelled my payment at that very moment when she let that nonsense come out of her mouth.
Do not hire unless you are turning 21, never made a drink or drank before. Claims to have a decades+ experience. However, anyone who has poured a drink has what she has. Rather than go with Diamond Bar Services owner name Donna, get your funny friend/family member and pay them to be your mixologist.
