We process all personal event photography inquiries and bookings directly through GigSalad to ensure a smooth, secure communication process. (Standard corporate headshots, product photography, and standalone brand imagery projects are coordinated through our main DFW Pro Photographers site.)

Our photography setup is almost entirely self-sufficient, requiring minimal venue footprint or infrastructure to deliver crisp, studio-grade event imagery.

▌ Power & Electrical Requirements:

• Roaming Event Coverage: 100% self-contained. We bring high-capacity, lithium battery-powered monolights and speedlights, requiring zero power outlets or trailing extension cords across the event floor.
• Dedicated Portrait / Step-and-Repeat Station: Requires one standard 110V/120V AC wall outlet (15-amp circuit) within 25 feet of the setup area to power modeling lights and multi-bay battery chargers during extended multi-hour events.

▌ Spatial & Staging Footprint

• Roaming Photography: Zero fixed footprint. We carry mobile gear setups designed to navigate dense crowds without obstructing guests or staff.
• On-Site Studio / Backdrop Setup:
◦◦◦ Floor Space: Minimum 8 ft x 10 ft footprint (10 ft x 12 ft ideal) to accommodate backdrops, light stands, modifiers, and guest positioning.
◦◦◦ Ceiling Height: Minimum 8 ft vertical clearance (9–10 ft preferred) to position 36"–48" light modifiers at proper angles above eye level.
◦◦◦ Surface: Flat, level ground (hardwood, concrete, tiled floor, or level staging). Uneven grass or high-traffic doorways are avoided for safety and stability.

• Laser Safety Protocol: If your event features DJ stage lasers or light shows, we require advance coordination. Direct laser light entering a camera lens permanently burns digital image sensors; laser arrays must be directed above head level or kept clear of active photography zones.
• Atmospheric Effects: Light water-based hazers enhance visual depth and cause no issues. Heavy oil-based fog machines or pyrotechnics may require brief, calculated breaks between flash exposures to avoid smoke-flare artifacts.
• Ambient Lighting: We shoot comfortably in any lighting environment—from pitch-black dark rooms to direct midday outdoor sun—without requiring venue lighting adjustments.
