December 14, 2023For many years, during the warmer months, I am able to enjoy Desmond on a regular basis as he performs daily, outdoors, for the sidewalk audiences and patrons at Bar Boulud, Cafe Fiorello and The Smith restaurants across from Lincoln Center. Desmond is a talented and captivating classical guitarist who also sings in accompaniment to his playing. His performance is the perfect enhancement to the warm, pleasant atmosphere and dining experience. As the menu tantalizes our appetites, Desmond tantalizes our hearing.
I'm looking forward to the change of weather and enjoying Desmond's music!

November 14, 2021Desmond performed for me and my loved ones last night while we gathered to celebrate my close friend's 50th Birthday. He arrived on time and spent the first few minutes setting up his equipment. I was expecting only a guitarist. I had no idea I had hired a singer too! Desmond performed many classic pop tunes by artists such as Neil Diamond, John Denver, Abba and Frank Sinatra. He is a passionate singer and player and I was captivated the entire time. He is also a very nice man and I'm glad to have met him. I encourage anyone who is looking for a singer/guitarist to enjoy the talents of this unique man.

He studied under Dante Rosati of The Juilliard School of Music in New York, and his artistry reflects the polish and depth of that training.
