Remember the 60's... with peace signs, Nehru jackets and flower power? Let "Desmond & Molly" take you back to this colorful and expressive era. They are a talented and energetic duo who creatively sing the timeless and popular music of the 60's, including the Beatles (also lots of 70's, some 50's and a little county). Over the years "Desmond & Molly" have amassed a repertoire that is sure to please your audience. Visually, you will see as much "hippie-ness" that they can fit into the space, including colorful clothes, tie-dye rugs, and strings of beads hanging from their paisley covered music stands.

You'll hear a rich blend of sound where guitar, keyboard and incredible harmonies create the music you love to sing along with.

Alan is a graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.
He worked as the Art Director at WUAB Channel 43 and an Internet Development & Marketing company. He was also the Lead Web Designer for an online catalog sales company.
Upper Deck commissioned him to produce over 100 illustrations used on basketball trading cards & commemorative sheets for Heroes of Baseball, NBA All-Star Weekend & various other events. His paintings have also appeared in various Beckett Publications over 40 times.
Alan’s artwork was used 2 seasons for Cleveland Cavaliers tickets, game program covers and facility banners.
Freelance work included illustrating the commemorative painting for the 25th Iron Man triathlon in Hawaii.
One of Alan’s photographs is in a permanent exhibit in Alaska’s Kenai Fjords National Park visitor center.

Gale graduated from Baldwin Wallace College with a B.A. in education. She went on to receive her degree as a registered nurse. She worked in ICU, nursing supervision, and Case Management. She is also a lifeguard at the YMCA and a processor/retailer at the Chagrin Valley Hemp Company.
She is co-host of Channel 3’s “In The Sky”, with a doctor of planetary astronomy, and records 3-4 shows/month.
Gale is the music arranger for 2 bands.

They met when Gale's girl band was looking for a guitar player and have now sung together for over 20 years. The duo now has the good fortune to be in 2 wonderful singing groups with great friends. Some of their gigs have included: Beatles festivals in Cleveland, Washington D.C. and Louisville, KY.; also Ferrante Winery, Debonne Vineyards, Bratenanl Yacht Club, the Parma Rib and Rock and the Tall Ships Festival.
They own 3 telescopes and are members of the Cuyahoga Astronomical Association.
As frequent travelers, they have their next trip planned before unpacking their suitcases. Their amazing travel/photography presentations always have rave reviews. As one audience member put it, “Alan’s pictures are so beautiful that I could have every one framed and hung on my walls”.
They enjoy nature and hiking and have a huge organic vegetable and flower garden in their backyard.
Alan and Gale wish they had more than 24 hours in a day to “get it all in”!

For musical shows, we have our own sound equipment and are prepared for both small and larger venues.
For travel/photography presentations, we have our own projector and screen if needed.
