November 25, 2013A classy, raunchy entertaining night from the moment you are greeted till the moment you leave. The performers interact with you which was a big plus for me and a refreshing twist on a classic form of burlesque entertainment.

Demure Production's biggest fans love our shows because you never know what to expect on our stage. One moment you have a classically trained ballerina executing perfect pirouettes and arabesque's and the next you have a belly dancer balancing an inflamed sword on her head while removing articles of clothing. There is such variety and talent involved with every one of our productions that it keeps the audience at the edge of their seats during the show and begging for more afterwards.
Demure Productions is a freelance production company and entertainment agency. Lola Demure (Owner and producer of Demure Productions) is a former professional ballerina turned burlesque starlet in San Diego. Lola and Demure Productions is committed to high quality entertainment with many different forms of the performing arts ranging from burlesque and novelty acts to comics and circus performers.
Demure Productions also works closely with local jazz bands/singers, such as Whitney Shay and David Patrone, to bring burlesque to its former glory when peelers performed to live music. Our burlesque performers go down to g-strings and pasties but the amount of "strip" can be determined by the client. Also, our shows are neo and classic burlesque that performs for adult entertainment. We are not a gentleman's strip show.
Demure Productions is available for full scale productions as well as private and corporate events such as birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, fundraisers, and car shows. Any type of performance is possible or variety of performers.
Classes and workshops are now available every month. Master classes are taught by international burlesque star Kitten de VIlle and burlesque legend Shannon Doah for anyone interested in burlesque. Classes include strip techniques, stage presence, costuming, toning and sculpting the body.

Demure Productions takes responsibility for all stage production/management of its own shows and can be hired to manage/produce anothers show for an additional fee. Sound equipment and sound tech are available for an additional fee.
Our performers have a vast repertoire of routines that can enhance any event. If there is a specific theme you have in mind, Demure Productions can accommodate it.
