Jeff Niemenis an accomplished rock and blues guitarist and teacher who has mastered the use of a looper and sound pedal that gives Deja 2 the ability to add in backing tracks to performances that give a “ band effect” when desired . Denise Beehag is a vocalist who can connect with an audience and whose vocal range can take on rock pop and blues tunes with ease. She also sings jazz and standards with several local jazz and big bands and can perform tunes in French, italian and Spanish . Performing together for over 7 years , the duo has played at a wide variety of venues including : Roycroft Arts Festival, the Irishman, Batavia Downs, la Tolteca, Riverworks ( blues band ) , Lumberjacks Patio Grille, Gene McCarthys and multiple private functions . They are known for their laid back style, professionalism, diverse and unique song list, and for “ not playing too loud”. They would be a great addition to any public venue or private function - from a backyard wedding to a corporate function.
