Overview
Decorative Violin is ready to elevate the spirit of any event with solo violin and backing tracks. A frequent performer throughout the southwest and across the nation since 2007, she earned a B.A. in Viola (2010) and continues to explore music, from classical melodies to vibin' jazz harmonies, at prestigious music festivals in Luxembourg, Italy, and the US ((phone number hidden)3).
She taught violin/viola ((phone number hidden)5), performed with a jazz band and gypsy band (2014) and worship band (2018), and currently plays fiddle for Finnegan's Brogue Irish Band and viola with the Scottsdale Symphony Orchestra and Sweetwater Strings.

I have know April for years and watched her perform at many an Irish gig and recently in the Symphony. When she said she would play before the wedding as the guests were being seated and for my walk down the aisle I was thrilled. What a beautiful intro to my married life, it helped make my day so special, she personalized it to me and my dreams.

April was an incredible violinist for my wedding in Denver in 2019. She played a selection of songs she chose before our during the ceremony. The playing was beautiful and she was so easy to work with which was such a blessing because a wedding day is crazy! She prepped well, set up in a flash, and was just overall super pleasant. And I can't say enough about the quality of her playing!

April was marvelous! Not only was her personality down to earth, kind, attentive, and intelligent but her violin skills were breathtaking :) she had personalized the songs for my wedding day, she was so thoughtful and hard working to make sure my day was perfect! And she absolutely went above and beyond I can’t say thank you enough, my guest went on later to tell me it was such a wonderful experience to come into the wedding and have a violinist playing, it was a perfect day!
