Coming out of an abusive marriage forced Debra and her children to live in a shelter for battered women, She's gone through the death of a child, divorce feelings of hopelessness, depression, bitterness, anger and fear of rejection. She had to Learn to Love herself which in turn taught her how much She's Loved and Approved of by the One who created her. There's Hope and Healing for Our broken hearts. Debra’s goal is to help women uncover their inner beauty, confidence and strengths through the power of music. She says there's healing for depression, death, divorce, low self-image, the death of your child. Debra sophomore album ”Transform Me, The Soul of a Woman" is uplifting and empowering.
