Overview
The Death and Taxes swing band is unavoidably swingin'. You've heard all the usual swing bands, time to check out something a little different. Featuring extra danceable arrangements, sultry vocals, and a whole lot of rhythm. Greatest hits of the 40’s, 90’s swing revival hits, we’re great for weddings with vintage themes
We can perform as a large group or as a small group, and can even perform without drums for wedding venues that are worried about volume. We are one of the few swing bands that can perform at venues with strict volume limits.

What to expect
We are an exceptionally flexible swing band. We can play at any volume level. We can take requests, and we can pivot if the unforeseen takes place.
We have an exceptional sound system and our music is all about having fun and getting folks dancing. When you picture a wedding, there are so many facets that go into creating the right mood. With over 150 weddings under our belt, we know how to engage the older folks, the younger folks, and everyone in between, all without playing so loud that no one can chat.
We're all about creating a special day for our clients and helping out with everyone having fun - we've even been flown all over the world by folks wanting to make a special wedding. We've even had a celebrity couple fly us to Iceland for their big day.
