As the sound bath unfolds, I intuitively tune into energetic themes and messages that may arise for the individual or group. Afterward, we'll explore what surfaced during the experience—including emotions, imagery, memories, physical sensations, thoughts, or intuitive nudges. I may also incorporate oracle cards, astrology and chakra themes to provide additional reflection and insight.

Guests are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing. Sound baths can be experienced lying on a mat, seated in a chair, or a combination of both depending on your event setup.

No traditional stage is required. I need a clean, reasonably quiet area with enough space for my sound instruments and participating guests. Guests will need a yoga mat or one can be provided for a cost.
