I spent 30 years pretending, consumed with creating the illusion of success. From the outside, my life as a professional athlete looked perfect, but in reality, I was suffering with massive fear, doubt, and a sense of worthlessness.
Today, I use my past as fuel and empower others to live with authenticity and transparency. My purpose is to plant seeds and change lives, one mindset at a time.
