Life has not always been kick’s and giggles for DawnMarie, former victim of domestic violence, and two previous failed marriages she has triumphed through adversity, and has had experiences of a life time, that have taken her on a remarkable journey. Though married, she spent the majority of her life as a single mother, and she has truly lived the mantra, “a woman’s gotta do what a woman’s gotta do” because of this, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the table through a myriad professional experiences. She uses this experience in her position as an Admissions Counselor for Ashford University to assist perspective students make their dreams their reality.

Tenacious, and fun loving. DawnMarie has a heart to see people healed, and set free from the emotional baggage, and other issues, which keep them stuck in the same or current cycle. This is the motive, which drives her passion for people, and led to the creation of her radio show. “The Process319 with DawnMarie” a weekly radio bible study that airs on Blog Talk Radio, and she launched her new radio talk show called “The Process319 Unleashed: It’s Time To Be Free” March 2015 She is also a Faith Based Life Coach, public and motivational speaker, Mrs. San Diego 2015, and third place winner in the 2015 Ms./Mrs. Corporate America pageant.
From a business perspective, she is a conduit to help women build synergistic business relationships; it’s about collaborating and building strong alliances. She is the Network Director of She Soars, San Diego a National Professional Women’s Association “Where lives are empowered and great friendships are created!” She laughs. She plays. She Thrives. She Soars!

She has become a positive voice to both co-workers, students, friends and family, and she has a unique ability to make people laugh while telling them the truth. DawnMarie believes in giving back to her community through various volunteer organization and activities.
