November 5, 2018Dawn was our guest speaker at our Women's Retreat last month and shared her love for God in such an inspirational way. She shared her testimony and real life experiences from her heart. She inspired us and had an in depth discussion on Heavenly Crowns. I would recommend her very highly for any conference, retreat or any speaking engagement. Her love for the Lord radiates from her.

Dawn Hedgepeth is a speaker, writer and dreamer whose heart's desire is to bring God glory in every aspect of her life.
After spending time in Haiti in 2013, God began to shape Dawn's heart in a new way. Seeing firsthand the need for truth for not only her neighbors here in the United States, but also for those abroad, God awakened her heart to the people of the world and a love for the gospel of Christ in a whole new way. A journey to Africa the following year is where God gave Dawn the message in her heart that she would proclaim His Name in new ways for the remainder of her life. Since then, God has spoken to Dawn's heart so clearly with this message, "When we stop seeing people in masses and see them as individuals created purposefully by the God of the universe, we can truly show the love of Christ to the world. Love is what makes the difference." With renewed joy in every adventure, the goal is to love people, share the heart of God through the gospel and intentionally pursue Christ with each new opportunity that is given.
Dawn is an overcomer, but not by her doing. It's only because of the grace and faithfulness of God working in her life that she is able to stand and proclaim His name and goodness. No matter where life takes her and what comes her way, she is able to say, "God, I trust You", because of His constant goodness and His sovereign plan. Through her journey of struggle, pain, love, grace and pursuit of Christ, God has been able to use her to spread His gospel and love. That is what Dawn's desire and passion is in life, for God to be glorified and His name be known!
