We last minute decided to have live music at our wedding ceremony and wow did David deliver! He provided a beautiful accompaniment and it really made everything perfect. He was so professional and in the days leading up to the wedding he was very communicative and helpful when we were trying to pick our music. I would recommend him to everyone!

David Temple played the pre-wedding music while guests were getting seated, he played the processional and after the wedding for our son's wedding September 10, 2017. His style is that of a true professional, arriving in plenty of time, quietly setting up and playing superbly well. David has been enthusiastically received by clients, audiences, concert organizers and event planners. Performances and events are always executed with professionalism and a strong sense of what music is suiting the moment.
David received his bachelors of music degree in classical guitar performance in 1985 from Eastern Michigan University. He moved eastward and has been a sought after performer, teacher, and gig/studio musician.
He has taught guitar through the Classical Guitar Store in Philadelphia in addition to the Friends Central school system in Pennsylvania. He went on to teach guitar, music theory, and music composition through the prestigious Bard Conservatory, Preparatory Division.
He has performed extensively throughout the northeast, including a performance of Rodrigo’s Aranjuez concerto as soloist with the Northern Dutchess Symphony Orchestra in 2019. He is a founding member of the Mid-Hudson Classical Guitar Society, a resource and host for performers and luthiers nation-wide.
He now resides in Ocala, FL, and continues to enhance his abilities, variety of repertoire, and love of performing.
