Wether you hire me as a solo performer or with an ensemble, expect me to show up in your choice of tuxedo, suit, or business casual. I will typically arrive 90 minutes to 2 hours before your guests to set up sound equipment and do a soundcheck with the band (if applicable), same if hired as a DJ. As a vocalist most of the music I do is reflective of the great american songbook with a jazz flavor, great for cocktail hour or the dinner hour. If hired as a DJ & Emcee expect a medium interaction with all announcements and events handled with professionalism, working seamlessly with the other event professionals like the videographer, photographer, and banquet captain or manager.

Available for engagements as a simple duo of guitar and vocals, piano and vocals, or a trio, quartet, up to an 8 piece big band. David has sung at venues such as Chicago's Green Mill, Chambers, Mayne Stage, Heartland Cafe, Cellar Bistro, and Mondo Cafe to name a few.
