March 19, 2019I cannot begin to tell you how disappointed we are, and to think I Paid to have this done on my daughter's first birthday! I have attached for everyone to see what I am saying. Keep in mind, these are supposed to be professionally taken pictures! He came unprepared - just a camera around his neck, no tripod, no flash, not even a decent camera, clearly! I have been chasing him and no luck so far. I don't have one picture of my husband and I with my daughter. He promised he would take videos - you guessed it - No Videos. I wish GigSalad could just refund my money! And please do yourselves a favor and Do Not Hire him! By far the Worst pictures ever!!!

I know a Dishonest client when I see one. For anyone who is reading this, let me know and I’ll show you multiple images that this “client” says I never took of her, husband and child, smiling.
And the video service was simply an addition of my service “for free”. You did not pay for that.
And as far as reaching out to me “multiple” times. I’ve yet to hear back from you after receiving the photos.
If you had the time to leave me a false response here, you could have sent me a message of whatever issue burns you.
