A pro stand up comedian with 25+ years experience, Dave has won a Canadian Comedy Award and a Writers Guild of Canada Award for his work on CBC's "22 Minutes". Dave has also appeared on every major network in Canada, and Comedy Central, HBO & VH1 in the U.S. He specializes in corporate comedy, having done shows for Sony, Amazon, Snapple and hundreds more. Dave also offers an online experience with his new Zoom game show Game Time with Dave! where he will host a socially distanced trivia games night for your team. Great for team building, family reunions, bachelorette nights, or any event where you are unable to get together in person, but still want to have a fun evening.

What to expect
Dave has 25+ years experience in stand up, and as such can adjust his set for any number of audience types. Typically, he will do a show that is referred to as "Corporate Naughty", which mean, no swearing, but has adult themes.
About
Dave Nystrom is an acclaimed comedian who has performed stand up all over the world. This
includes a tour of the United Kingdom, HBO's prestigious US Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen,
Colorado, filmed a stand up special for Comedy Central in New York and his own one hour TV
special for the Canadian Comedy Network. In 2006 he was brought on as a writer for CBC’s
“This Hour has 22 Minutes” during which he won a Canadian Comedy Award and a Writers
Guild of Canada Award. He also wrote, produced and starred in “Comedy Club” which was
chosen as one of seven finalists out of thousands of submissions for The Reel Madness
International Film Festival. He has worked with the likes of Robin Williams, Dane Cook, Bob
Saget, Patton Oswalt, and Harland Williams among others. He has also written for National
Lampoon, wrote the special features on the Anniversary BluRay Edition of the cult movie
“Office Space”, has starred in pilots for VH1 as well as the CBC, and has four children who are
slowly trying to kill him.
