March 24, 2022Mr. Nailer was the Keynote speaker and a workshop presenter for our 2022 State Leadership Conference. Mr. Nailer spoke to 140 teachers and youth across the state of Louisiana. He was very engaging and had the students very attentive. After his sessions teachers and students alike spoke very highly of him and his presentation. He had the crowd actively engaged and fully participating. There was a line to speak with him personally afterward. I highly recommend Mr. Damon Nailer for your youth events!

What an amazing time with a wonderful group! I appreciate LAFCCLA for granting me the great opportunity to serve as their keynote speaker and workshop presenter. Everything was amazing! I felt the love and appreciation, met some awesome parents, mentors, and students, and even danced at the after party. Lol!
Special thanks and shout out to Dinah Istre and her team for organizing and hosting such a phenomenal event.
