Danny played an acoustic set at our family reunion, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He arrived early, worked seamlessly with our family member running sound, and was professional, easygoing, and incredibly talented.
I was busy with event logistics for most of his set, but I remember hearing his cover of OAR’s “Don’t Look Back in Anger” from across the campground and immediately thinking, “Wow… I love this version.” It was moody, unique, and absolutely beautiful.
Throughout the day, multiple guests came up to tell me how talented he was. Even better, he was so personable that several people assumed he was already a friend of ours. He fit right in, made everyone feel comfortable, and added so much to the atmosphere.
I told him we liked Springsteen and Dawes, and someone asked me if I created his set list — don’t know how he chose the perfect list, but it was right on with our group taste in music.
We couldn’t have been happier with Danny, and we’re already looking forward to having him back next year. I can’t recommend him enough.

First of all he's just a really great guy- called us immediately to find out what we were looking for, learned our first dance, and dealt with a potential hurricane coming. Secondly, he's really good - all of our guests loved him. We would recommend him to anyone.

Born and raised in Texas, Danny left his corporate job to pursue music because he felt no other path truly resonated with him. As a seasoned singer-songwriter with multiple albums to his name, he has evolved from an apprentice to an artisan of heartfelt storytelling through music. His touring journey took him across the United States, from Maine to Texas, and back again, eventually landing him in upstate New York. He spent several years there before moving to Delaware.
Danny’s first full-length album, titled “Go On and Rain,” was released in 2012. His sophomore release, “Love, War and Other Mistakes,” received international acclaim in 2013. In his latest EP, “You and I,” Danny embraces spontaneity, crafting songs in mere weeks that capture the raw essence of the moment. These compositions celebrate enduring love, reflecting its growth and transformation as two souls navigate life’s storms together. Notable tracks like “Because We Can” and “Like The Day Misses The Sun” reveal poignant stories of real-world relationships.
