Throughout most of her childhood, DandiLion twirled baton competitively, which sparked her interest in flow arts and fire spinning, and set the stage for her love of performing.

She has now been hoop dancing and fire spinning for nearly 10 years. While in college, she founded and was troupe leader of the Kent State Hoop and was one of sixteen hoopers on the Electric Forest Hoop Troupe for Electric Forest Music Festival 2012. As far as teaching goes, (always happy to show guests or the kids a trick or two!) she taught a weekly Hoop Dance class at Shambhala Mountain Center in 2013. A year later, DandiLion was added to Sweet Shop, a group that works with production companies, providing go-go entertainment for events in and around Denver, CO. In 2014 she volunteered at Spin Summit, near Colorado Springs, where she was immersed for 3 days in workshops for hoops, fans, and other flow arts, participated in nightly fire spinning and assisted as a fire safety spotter.

Now equipped with a state of the art LED hoop, fire fans, and a fire baton, she enjoys spreading joy by performing at special events and festivals around the country and beyond!
