For a Performance: You can expect a custom choreographed show to fit the needs of your event, with option to add audience participation. I can provide some costumes, some may be additional pending on the event.
For a Class: You can expect warm-up, foundational skills, custom choreography, and lots of fun! I can cater this to your event.
Crystal Star Finn-Dunn is a diverse dance artist, teacher, choreographer, and artistic director based in Toronto. She has created and performed for shows across the globe including Netflix, Ted Talks, HUM Awards, Danny Fernandes’ tour (China), Ladies of Hip Hop (NYC) the Pan-American Games, Nuit Blanche, Impulstanz under Mani Obeya (Vienna), Gadfly’s TUDS, Meridian Hall's Breakin’ Convention, Sasy's Toronto Concert (LA), Funkbox NYC, The Art Gallery of Ontario, New Blue Dance Festival, Continental Pageantry (Chicago), and Toronto Pride.
She has been teaching and choreographing consistently for over 8 years. Her choreography has won awards at various dance competitions for the free flowing movement, technical difficulty, and connection to the music.
Most recently, she has acted in full-length and short films, while producing and directing her short dance film AmalgaMotion to be seen in film festivals internationally including Fall for Dance North, and winning 15 accolades thus far.
Requirements vary per performance or gig. Usually just need a proper sound system and decent space to move.
