Clients (attendees) will learn how to change what they are doing, daily, to become more effective in their businesses, individual relationships, and personal lives. They will learn how to plan their goals for the right reasons, how to establish a daily system for tracking results to meet those goals, and enjoy more successful businesses, and personal lives. These results have a dramatic effect on finances and personal life satisfaction.

I am a prior President and Chief Executive Officer of a National Bank (23 years), and now a retired Attorney (23 years), and sat as a Temporary Judge for 15 years. For the past 30 years, I have also been a Certified Personal Effectiveness Coach for the Success of individuals, business owners and employees.

As a Personal Effectiveness Coach, I have helped businesses and individuals successfully set their personal vision, goals to reach that vision, key performance indicators to reach the established goals, and track results, all to help increase profits and personal achievement. I hold businesses and individuals accountable for their successful performance and goal achievement, with regular monthly interface (personal or by phone), and follow up.

During the initial presentations, I successfully teach the participants at the presentation to establish their vision, goals, and key performance indicators. Through this process, I have helped businesses and individuals successfully improve their performance results, and improve their lives.
